The EDgun Leshiy is an iconic airgun. Ed changed the way people think about compact airguns by making an incredibly versatile, and virtually indestructible hunting tool. A longtime wish however, or maybe more of a forum discussion of the 'what ifrsquo;s' around the Leshiy always pointed to multi-shot. So Ed took the stack of ldquo;what ifrsquo;srdquo; and gave us Leshiy 2hellip; a semi-automatic, door kicking machine.
The questions came pouring in, and today Irsquo;m going to put to rest one key onehellip; pricing. I then have an update on availability through the new pre-order system being developed to address the specific concerns around preordering that have plagued other airgun launches, transparency and fairness.
Herersquo;s a breakdown of key information on the different calibers and lengths:
The 250mm barrel setup will be offered for $2,049, and the 350mm barrel setup will be $2,249. The pricing includes shipping to the US. International shipping is available, with an incremental shipping fee that will obviously vary.
The gun is already in extremely high demand, so EDgun West will be doing a pre-ordering system for the first 100 guns, and then a 2nd wave of 100 as soon as they have a scheduled arrival timeline. The pre-ordering system is being developed to address some of the specific issues and frustrations associated with programs like this in the past. Once live, the first 100 people will be able to checkout with a 50% downpayment. You will then be given a login to your customer page within the EDgun West website. Yoursquo;ll be able to see current status and estimated arrival. The first 100 guns are expected to ship out to their respective owners in early August.
People whom register for preorder communication will be notified first of when the system goes live. Itrsquo;s 100% free, and you can go here to get on that list: www.edgunwest.com/signup
Cheers,
